1. Overview

At BabyEio, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order so your little one’s products arrive safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders across India.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We deliver to most pin codes across India, including metros, tier-2, and tier-3 cities. To check if we deliver to your area, enter your pin code at checkout.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Note: During sale events, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below ₹499 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹49, displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the order is cancelled before dispatch or a defective/incorrect product is returned.

Shipping charges and free shipping thresholds are subject to change. The amount shown at checkout is final.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and courier partner details.
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

You can also track your order by logging into your BabyEio account and visiting the My Orders section.

7. Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your delivery location and availability.

BabyEio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.


8. Packaging

All BabyEio products are packed with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use secure packaging to protect clothing, accessories, and baby products during transit.

If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at info@babyeio.com.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient:

  • The courier partner will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing an order.


10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@babyeio.com.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs (in case of damage).
  • We will investigate with our courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

11. Address Changes

  • Address changes can be requested before the order is dispatched by contacting us at info@babyeio.com.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
