6. Pricing

• All prices on babyeio.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
• In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

7. Orders and Payment

• Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee its availability or price.
• An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• We accept payments through the payment methods listed at checkout (including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other supported gateways).
• All transactions are processed securely. BabyEio does not store your payment card details.
• BabyEio reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• We currently ship within India only.
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative. Actual delivery may vary due to location, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
• BabyEio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural events, or government restrictions.

9. Returns and Refunds

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.
• Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

10. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
• To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@babyeio.com with your order number.
• If a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
