Order Verification

To ensure order accuracy and reduce delivery issues, all orders may be verified before dispatch. Our customer support team may contact customers via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm:

Product selection
Size requirements
Quantity ordered
Shipping address

Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled at the discretion of EIO.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
A ₹50 Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fee will be applicable on all COD orders.
This fee covers additional handling, verification, and logistics charges imposed by our delivery partners.
No COD convenience fee is charged on prepaid orders.
The COD fee is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
If a COD order is refused or cancelled after shipment, EIO reserves the right to restrict COD services for future purchases.

We encourage customers to use prepaid payment methods for a faster and more seamless shopping experience.

Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged or defective.
An incorrect product has been delivered.
The product is incomplete or missing components.

To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges subject to product availability.

For size exchanges or customer-requested exchanges:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return shipping charges and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

For exchanges due to damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products:

EIO will bear all return and replacement shipping charges.
Return & Exchange Shipping Charges
For returns or exchanges requested due to size issues, incorrect size selection, change of preference, or any reason not attributable to EIO, all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement shipment will be borne by the customer.
If the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, EIO will bear all return and replacement shipping costs.

Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective:

Used, washed, or worn products.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Customized or personalized products.
Products returned after the applicable return period.
Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please note that shipping charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of EIO.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Shipped orders will be governed by the Return & Exchange Policy outlined above.
Size Selection Responsibility

While our team may assist customers in selecting the appropriate size during order verification, the final responsibility for choosing the correct size rests with the customer. We recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before placing an order.
